Year End Meme 09 – Better Never Than Late!

1. What did you do in 2008 that you’d never done before? Got married. Traveled to Italy. Performed in a band in public.

2. Did you keep your new years’ resolutions and will you make more for next year? I make New Years Goals instead of resolutions. It takes some of the pressure off and I find it’s easier to actually accomplish what I want. With that in mind, I wanted to cut back on drinking and work toward freelancing. Both of those things are 90% where I want them.

This year I want to get healthier and bring my freelancing goal to 100%. I’d also really like to get a couple of goats.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth? An awesome little guy was welcomed to the fold by some friends of ours.

4. Did anyone close to you die? My paternal grandmother. The sweetest little Italian woman who ever lived.

5. What countries did you visit? Mexico, Italy.

6. What would you like to have in 2009 that you lacked in 2008? No health issues.

23. How many one-night stands? 0.

24. What was your favorite TV program? I finally saw and kind of loved Dexter. I also really enjoyed Mad Men right up until the last five minutes of the last episode of season 1. And then they did something REALLY STUPID with the narrative. I’m still excited about watching season 2 though. 40. Quote a song lyric that sums up your year: Sometimes/all I need is the air that I breathe/and to love you
