IBS Be-Gone!: Day Nine

Food Log:

Breakfast: Grits with butter. Tea with milk.

Lunch: Canned saag paneer from Ralph's. (It was kind of weird but I had to try it) over rice. Tea with milk.

Snack: PBJ rice cake.

Dinner: Trader Joe's veggie patty with sauteed mushrooms, tomatoes, and swiss cheese.

Snack: PBJ rice cake. Glass of milk.
